Electrical Safety Checks

You can’t take chances with the electrical safety of your property. Landlords have a legal responsibility to ensure that their property’s electrical installations are in proper working order and safe for use.

Electrical Safety Certificates

If you’re a landlord, you must comply with the new EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) Regulations and ensure that electrical installations are properly tested by a qualified, accredited electrician at least once every five years.

After completing a thorough test of your property’s electrics, the appropriate qualified professional will produce a report documenting the condition of your electrical installations and identify any improvements and repairs that are required.
