What Services do you offer +

We offer a wide range of commercial and domestic installation, maintenance and repair services, covering everything from plumbing, central heating and electrical work through to plastering, carpentry and building.

Where is ADS based? +

Our two main hubs are in South Wales, with our HQ being located in Swansea at 197 Neath Road, Plasmarl, Swansea, SA1 2JT. Our Cwmbran office is at Unit 2 Forgehammer Industrial Estate, Cwmbran NP44 3AA. We serve customers across Wales, including individual households, councils and other large organisations.

Do you charge a call-out fee? +

We charge a standard callout fee of £50 for all of our services between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm.

Do you repair and service boilers? +

We can repair and service all makes and types of boilers. A first Service/System inspection will be carried out to ensure eligibility for any scheduled maintenance contract.

Do you do install new boilers? +

Yes, we can install a new boiler for you. You can request a quote here Finance options are available to help you spread the cost.

What makes of boiler do you install? +

We install Worcester Bosch, ATAG and Vaillant boilers.

How often should I have my boiler serviced? +

You need to service your boiler annually to ensure that is it running safely and efficiently.

Do you fit bathrooms? +

I am a landlord. Can you help me get a Gas Safety Certificate and/or Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) for my rental property? +

It is a legal obligation to have an up to valid Gas Safety Certificate and/or Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)for any property you are renting out. What should I do if I smell gas? +

If you can smell gas or think you have a gas leak, leave the house and phone the National Gas Emergencies number immediately on 0800 111 999.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. When making a payment using your debit or credit card, please ensure that your name and billing address all match the card holder address details held by your card issuer.

Can I spread the cost and pay monthly by Direct Debit? +
